Where to write

One inbox is fine for anything. These just help us route it faster.

SupportGetting a fast answer

Write from the email address on your Wasp account where you can. It lets us find your account without a round trip asking you to confirm who you are.

If something is going wrong, the three things that help most are:

  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
  • Roughly when it happened, and what you clicked just before
  • Whether you are on the desktop app or in a browser

A screenshot is worth several paragraphs. Please do not send passwords or access tokens, ever. We will never ask you for either.

SupportBilling and cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Settings inside the app. No fee, no notice period, and nobody will call you to talk you out of it. You keep access until the period you have already paid for ends.

Payments are handled by our reseller Paddle, who are the merchant of record. You can find any invoice yourself at paddle.net using the email address you paid with.

Refund windows, including your statutory rights as a consumer, are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you think you have been charged in error, write to us before raising a chargeback. We will almost always sort it out faster than your bank can.

SupportConnected accounts

If Wasp says a source needs reconnecting, that usually means the permission it was granted has expired or been withdrawn. Open the Trust Center in the app and reconnect. Nothing you have already captured is lost.

If a new feature needs a permission you have not granted, Wasp will ask for that one permission rather than the whole list again, and the feature degrades gracefully in the meantime rather than disappearing.

You can disconnect any source at any time from the same screen. That revokes our access and deletes the stored credential.

SupportYour data

You can export everything or delete your account yourself from Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes everything attached to the account.

What Wasp stores, what it never stores, and how long it keeps things are all set out in the Privacy and Security Policy. If you would rather have it explained than read it, write to privacy@meetwasp.com and we will explain it.

SupportReporting a security issue

Email security@meetwasp.com with enough detail to reproduce the problem. We acknowledge within three business days.

We will not pursue legal action against researchers who act in good faith, avoid privacy violations, and give us reasonable time to fix an issue before publishing it.
