For Real Estate Agents

Wasp for agents juggling promises across every closing

Every deal in progress is its own thread of promises to a buyer, a seller, a lender and an inspector, running in parallel and on a clock that does not pause.

Updated 23 August 2026

The short version

A real estate agent typically has several deals moving at once, each with its own buyer, seller, lender and inspector, each producing its own promises by text and email. Wasp catches those promises as they are made and holds you to them, so the ones lost in the noise of a busy week are not the ones that stall a closing.

The commitment pattern

A single deal already generates constant small promises: send the inspection report, follow up with the lender, confirm the walkthrough time, get back to the seller on the counter. Running several deals in parallel means several of these threads at once, most of it in text messages and email that never becomes a task anywhere, and a closing timeline that does not forgive a promise slipping for a week.

The cost of one dropped promise here is rarely small. A lender follow-up that slips can delay a closing. A buyer who does not hear back reads it as the deal losing momentum.

What Wasp catches for you

  • An inspection report or document you told a client you would send
  • A follow-up with a lender or title company you promised
  • A response you owed a buyer or seller on an offer or counter

Who this fits

This fits agents running multiple concurrent deals where promises to buyers, sellers, lenders and inspectors are made mostly by text and email.

If your brokerage's transaction management system already forces a checklist for every deal stage and your team keeps it current, that system may already be catching most of this.

Where Wasp is today, plainly

Wasp is pre-launch. The product is built and the waitlist is open, and there is nothing to buy yet. There are no customer testimonials on this page because there are no customers yet. Rather than borrow someone else's quotes or manufacture any, here is what can be checked instead: the live demo runs the real interface on invented data with no account needed, and the changelog lists what has shipped and when.

Questions

Does Wasp track deal stages or contingency deadlines?

No, Wasp does not replace a transaction management system. It catches the commitments you make in conversation with a buyer, seller, lender or inspector, the ones that are easy to lose track of between deals.

Does it work with text messages, not just email?

Wasp currently reads Gmail, Google Calendar and Slack. SMS and other messaging channels are not connected yet.
